These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all products and services offered by bd124, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, crash games, virtual sports, and any bonus or promotional offers made available to registered members. These terms apply regardless of the device or browser through which the Platform is accessed.

bd124 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered members via the Platform or by email where contact details are on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the bd124 Platform and request the closure of your account. Continued use is taken as unconditional acceptance. These terms are written in English; in the event of any dispute regarding translation, the English version shall prevail.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bd124, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are aged 21 or above and can provide documentary evidence of your age if requested during the KYC verification process.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from bd124 and you do not have any other active accounts on the Platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on bd124. Account registration is free. bd124 does not charge a fee for opening, maintaining, or closing a player account. Any costs associated with internet access or mobile data usage are borne solely by the player.

bd124 accepts deposits via the following locally supported payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd124 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.
• bd124 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used to fund your account before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or other financial crimes are strictly prohibited. bd124 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Winnings credited to your account as a result of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcome are not payable and may be voided at bd124's discretion.

bd124 does not currently charge a withdrawal fee for mobile wallet or local bank transfers. bd124 reserves the right to introduce transaction limits or processing fees in the future, in which case registered members will be notified in advance.

bd124 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered members. These may include, without limitation: welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty program rewards. The availability of any specific bonus or promotion may vary by eligibility, account status, VIP tier, and promotional period.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual bonus terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

No purchase is necessary to participate in free-to-enter promotions where explicitly stated. The welcome bonus is only available to new players making their first qualifying deposit and cannot be claimed more than once per player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd124 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

bd124 employs automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bd124 may, at its sole discretion, void bets, suspend accounts, withhold or forfeit balances, and refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the bd124 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and the bd124 brand name — is the exclusive property of bd124 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of bd124. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd124 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

bd124 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond bd124's reasonable control (including network outages, power failures, and acts of third parties) may result in temporary service interruptions. bd124 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

bd124 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered members, accessible through account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself to control your spending.
• Loss limits — caps on the net losses you are willing to accept within a defined period, after which further bets are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session time controls — alerts and automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.

• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder, or a third-party exclusion request made on welfare grounds through the formal responsible gaming process.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawable balance will be held in escrow and released to the verified account holder upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation, subject to any applicable legal obligations to withhold funds. Where an account is terminated for breach, bd124 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

bd124 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and, where the changes are material, bd124 will provide notice to registered members via the Platform notification system or by email. The date of the most recent amendment is shown at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
